I attended the International College of Holistic Studies in Southern California. While doing body work, I incorporate extensive assessment of tissues, tune in to what the body is saying, and tailor each session to what feels natural. By blending a mix of western, orthopedic tissue manipulation and energetic styles I aim to increase flow and improve movement.
