Green Wayland-Llewellin, L.Ac, MAOM

Green Wayland-Llewellin is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and medical massage therapist committed to health justice. She welcomes all for treatment regardless of race, age, ability, size, class, sexual orientation, gender expression, medical diagnosis, religious affiliation, legal status, political views, etc. Green is gender-queer and comfortably treats people all along the gender spectrum.

With over 12 years experience as a massage therapist she is also inclined to work with builders, musicians, athletes and all who appreciate a combined treatment of Chinese medical massage and acupuncture. She works with all ages of people, from labor induction to elders! There is no end to her interest in Chinese medicine and its modalities. Green has a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (New York) and the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin (Texas). Her formal training is enhanced by the virtues of clinical practice, daily study, patients, elders, children, friends and nature.

 

Green has the clinical lineage and personally valued experience of co-founding Third Root Community Health Center in Brooklyn, NY and working at Seven Star Acupuncture and Apothecary in Portland, OR and is looking forward to the growth and development of this worker-owned and shared-services cooperative (open to all!).
