We are happy to check your insurance benefits before you come in for your first appointment or if your plan changes.
Benefits inquires may take up to 7 days. We will email you with our findings as soon as we are able. You may also check your benefits by calling your insurance company. If your insurance benefits are not verified before your first appointment, or your next appointment with new insurance, you may be charged the full fee for the appointment until we can verify them at which time you will be refunded or credited.
